Project Manager - Software Delivery
Job Description
Salary: £55,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements:- Highly organised, with strong prioritisation and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- An excellent communicator, confident, empathetic, and skilled at negotiation.
- Collaborative, able to motivate delivery teams and navigate complex situations with ease.
- Adaptable and comfortable switching contexts across multiple active projects in a dynamic environment.
- Eager to learn, with familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban as a bonus.
- Experience in the software industry is helpful but not essential.
- Experience in software, Agile, and ideally some Business Analysis is preferred for higher salary potential.
- Build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity, delivering milestones on time and within budget.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues to keep projects on track.
- Analyse project data to spot trends and proactively address hurdles and opportunities.
- Work closely with our software development teams and support requirements gathering.
- Champion and evolve our internal project management methods and tools.
- Sit at the heart of the delivery teams, keeping stakeholders aligned and ensuring projects deliver tangible value.
