Digital Transformation Manager

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operational or analytical management supporting business change.
• High problem-solving ability and the capacity to work independently.
• Solid relationship management and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex data analysis clearly to end users.
• Strong data skills and experience using Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities:

• Own and rethink back office processes to remove unnecessary paper-based activity and support national project rollouts.
• Deliver product roadmaps with support from the central operational systems team.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure data and reporting are used effectively to improve service efficiency and performance.
• Use technology to optimise efficiency and drive improvements through smarter use of existing systems or new technology.
• Develop and implement technology to support digitisation and automation of services.
• Support the implementation of our digital training strategy and deliver operational end-user training.
• Support service changes that improve efficiency through routing improvements using spatial technology.
• Manipulate large datasets to carry out service analysis and support work on operational systems.
