UX Designer

Salary: £58,000 - 98,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a mid to senior UX or product designer with over 3 years of experience working on complex problems for respected clients.
• We need a background in UX or product design, with a portfolio representing that work.
• We require a bachelors degree or equivalent.
• We are looking for world-class design skills.
• We need working knowledge of lean UX activities, from research to prototyping.
• Experience with interface design for desktop, tablet, and mobile is required.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is desired.
• We are looking for proven design track record and design agency experience.
• We need experience leading teams and managing design outputs through the development process.

Responsibilities:

• We will have you lead the design of all digital projects in their development stage.
• We will expect you to oversee the selection of wireframing and prototyping tools.
• We will have you conduct lean user testing when required and provide evaluation criteria to discover users needs.
• We will expect you to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to derive personas, use cases, concepts, user journeys, and information architecture.
• We will have you shape service, product, or UX strategy.
• We will expect you to understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into compelling experience-driven solutions.
• We will have you create prototypes based on high-level business, functional, and technical requirements.
• We will expect you to collaborate with Engineering teams and Product Management to ensure the best creative solutions are realized, implemented, and delivered.
• We will have you keep abreast of the latest practices, techniques, and emerging technologies and use these to develop ideas and inspire creative concepts.
• We will have you act as a design advocate internally and externally.
• We will expect you to provide expert leadership and contribute to practice growth.
• We will have you represent the practice in client meetings and pitches.
• We will expect you to shape the engagement and oversee the design execution.
• We will have you build and mentor the team.

We are recruiting a UX Designer for our Central London team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a hands-on role for a seasoned UX or product designer who will help lead digital projects, support practice growth, and act as a design leader inside and outside the company. The salary is £45,000 to £55,000 plus benefits.
