Lead Product Designer

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a senior individual contributor with strong experience across design, UX, research, interaction design, systems thinking, and interface detail.
• We would suit someone who enjoys building in ambiguity and creating structure where it does not yet exist.
• We need someone who can balance hands-on delivery with wider strategic thinking.
• We are looking for someone comfortable partnering closely with product, engineering, leadership, and founders.
• We value someone who can help the wider business understand the value of design and use design insight to support better decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• We will have you own design end to end across our product estate.
• We will have you work across UX, research, interaction design, systems thinking, and interface detail.
• We will have you partner closely with product, engineering, leadership, and founders to improve the product experience.
• We will have you help shape a more connected platform experience.
• We will have you influence how design operates across our business and make design a more strategic function.
• We will have you help the wider business understand user behaviour, pain points, product thinking, prioritisation, and decision-making.
• We will expect you to serve as the key permanent design voice, with occasional contractor support where needed.

This Lead Product Designer role is based in London with a hybrid working pattern and a preference for office attendance three days a week. The salary is 80,000, and for the next 12–18 months the role is expected to remain a senior IC position.
