Senior Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors

Salary: £95,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements:

• Hands-on SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration experience gained on a full cycle implementation.
• Experience across the delivery lifecycle, including testing, cutover and hypercare.
• Clear written communication and a careful approach to documentation.
• Willingness to work to a standard design and defined plan.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central is desirable, with additional modules a plus.
• UK public sector delivery experience is desirable.
• Payroll configuration or parallel-run experience is desirable.
• Exposure to SAP Activate or comparable delivery methodologies is desirable.
• Some assignments require BPSS clearance and may need Security Check clearance, subject to role and client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central against the standard baseline and document the solution.
• Support Fit-to-Standard workshops, capture requirements accurately and identify requests that deviate from the standard design.
• Build and execute unit and system test scripts, and support clients through user acceptance testing.
• Support data migration, including data preparation, load and reconciliation.
• Investigate and resolve defects through testing and hypercare.
• Produce clear configuration and handover documentation to agreed standards.
• Feed practical improvements into the reusable baseline and task library.
• Support the sales process by contributing to proposals and client presentations.
• Contribute to the development of our SuccessFactors practice through knowledge sharing and thought leadership.
• Stay up to date on the latest SuccessFactors releases and functionalities.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
