OpenShift Support Consultant

Salary: £49,000 - 66,000 per year

Requirements:

• 5+ years of OpenShift experience
• UK-based
• Security Check (SC Clearance) desirable; SC Clearance eligible essential
• Experience of working in an ITIL-based application support role
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-house expertise and be hands on in the ongoing management of the OpenShift environment
• Participate in requirements gathering and estimating effort for new enhancements and developments utilising OpenShift
• Manage tickets in line with ITIL policies and procedures
• Communicate with customers
• Work alongside a team of experienced Java developers as well as other database and infrastructure support teams to deliver application support to customer
