GMI Next Gen Migration Technology Lead
Job Description
Salary: £58,000 - 98,000 per year
Requirements:- Solid experience with GMI knowledge
- Solid experience with Futures & Options Clearing front-to-back knowledge, including client allocations, clearing workflow, fees and commissions, margins, and regulatory reporting
- Experience leading technical delivery teams
- Good understanding of functional architectures within the Clearing Technology space
- Ability to work with vendor SMEs to develop technical architecture and solutions
- Ability to work under pressure and remain focused on targets to meet delivery dates
- Clear, logical thinker
- Prior experience of our GMI ecosystem is strongly preferred
- Prior experience of large-scale migration projects
- Prior experience of working with vendors on technology projects, especially FIS
- Provide direction to our GMI Technology teams working on the migration programme
- Work with Programme Managers to plan and prioritise technology-focused items
- Coordinate GMI Technology migration projects technically with other work streams within the overall programme
- Ensure all non-functional requirements are met in the new solution
- Develop a clear, efficient and clean ecosystem architecture
- Maintain a working ecosystem around GMI and its replacement platform at all times
- Maintain the highest technology SDLC standards at all times
- Work proactively, enthusiastically, flexibly, and with a results-driven mindset
