Requirements:

• Significant experience working as a Senior Business Analyst on large-scale technology and integration projects.
• Proven ability to lead requirements gathering and functional design activities.
• Strong understanding of system integration methodologies and complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Strong documentation skills, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Ability to work independently and drive workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Experience operating within agile and/or hybrid delivery environments.
• Financial services experience, ideally within banking, building societies, or regulated environments.
• Previous experience delivering integration-focused programmes.
• Experience working with large enterprise organisations and complex technology landscapes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activities across complex integration projects.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Elicit, analyse, challenge, and document business and functional requirements.
• Produce high-quality functional design documentation and process models.
• Act as the liaison between business users, architecture, development, testing, and delivery teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple teams and work streams.
• Ensure alignment of requirements across numerous integration points and dependent systems.
• Support solution design discussions and provide business analysis expertise throughout the project life cycle.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps within business processes and integration requirements.
• Contribute to project governance, planning, and delivery activities as required.

We are IBM Consulting, supporting an end client in Nationwide Building Society on a major integration programme. This is a contract role inside IR35, offered as a 3 month rolling contract, with a hybrid working arrangement and travel to Swindon and London at least once per week. The rate is £550 per day inside IR35, and BPSS eligibility is required. Our work brings together multiple business and technical teams within a complex integration landscape, and we are looking for someone who can help us align requirements, shape functional design, and support delivery across the project life cycle.
