SC Cleared ServiceNow Architect

Requirements:

• We require proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with specialism in the ITOM area of ServiceNow.
• SC clearance is essential for this role.
• We are looking for someone available for a three-month contract.
• Experience working in cloud, crown, legacy (on-premise), or hybrid hosted services is required.
• Experience working with CMDB, discovery tooling, service maps, application service models, technical services, and business services within ServiceNow is required.

Responsibilities:

• We will have you develop infrastructure maps for the remaining Application Services using appropriate tools and methodology.
• We will have you deploy and run discovery tooling on the MDTP/HCP/on-premise/Azure environment infrastructure in collaboration with our platform owner and management team (Enterprise Cloud Services) to identify and populate the CMDB.
• We will have you work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service maps, application service models, and key communications are shared.
• We will have you undertake re-alignment of Technical Services and Technical Service Offering in ServiceNow.
• We will have you build Business Services and Business Service Offerings in ServiceNow.
• We will have you provide updates and input to project management teams and status reports, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and dependencies that may affect delivery and outcomes.
