Customer AI Developer Specialist

Salary: £95,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need sufficient fluency in at least one of the following areas: Marketing, Commerce, Service, or Sales, so we can credibly advise clients and collaborate with practice leads.
• We should be able to operate at the intersection of data science, technology, and business strategy.
• We need experience or capability in advanced machine learning techniques, including deep learning and quantitative analytics.
• We should have the ability to work with generative AI models across text, images, audio, and video.
• We need the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to senior client leadership and non-technical teams.
• We should be able to mentor team members and share expertise with the broader practice.

Responsibilities:

• We solve business challenges using advanced machine learning techniques such as deep learning and quantitative analytics.
• We design and run experiments with generative AI models across text, images, audio, and video.
• We consult on and implement algorithms for content generation.
• We define strategies to embed, scale, and optimize machine learning models in production environments.
• We stay up to date with emerging research and techniques in AI and machine learning.
• We understand business requirements and support the development of use cases.
• We run discovery analytics to identify opportunities for innovation.
• We partner with engineers to deploy machine learning algorithms that deliver measurable value.
• We contribute to sales activities by providing data science insights and shaping solutions.
• We communicate technical concepts clearly to senior client leadership and non-technical teams.
• We build reusable assets and best practices to support future business problems.
• We consult on complex data science analyses and strategic delivery models.
• We shape overall data science strategy and guide delivery excellence.
• We operate across industries and functions to apply machine learning to diverse challenges.
