Digital Power Platform Developer
Job Description
Salary: £48,000 - 88,000 per year
Requirements:- We need a good working knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- We need a good working knowledge of SharePoint Online.
- We need a good working knowledge of PowerShell.
- PL200 certification or equivalent is desirable.
- Previous experience of SharePoint and Power Apps development is required.
- Experience in Power Automate and Power BI development is required.
- Previous experience of UK Government security requirements is desirable.
- Experience with MS Data Factory or a similar structured database is desirable.

- We develop and maintain PowerApps workflows and solutions for PPP.
- We administer SharePoint workflows.
- We develop custom business applications using Power Apps, including user interfaces, data models, and workflows.
- We develop custom workflows and automations using Power Automate.
- We develop chatbots and virtual agents using Power Virtual Agents.
- We design and develop integrations between the Power Platform and other systems, including third-party applications and databases.
- We design and develop custom reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- We work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes so we can design and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- We provide support and troubleshooting for custom solutions developed on the Power Platform.
- We collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure our solutions align with the organizations overall technology strategy and business goals.
- We build Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets.
- We create custom SSRS and paginated reports.
- We create SSIS packages to move data to reporting databases.
- We create bespoke reporting and provide project support.
- We administer different aspects of SharePoint sites.
- We create and implement document numbering plans on new projects, including document registers, content types, and approval workflows.
- We maintain document registers.
- We raise tickets to create new external users.
- We create custom lists to satisfy business needs and reduce reliance on Excel.
- We liaise with document control to maintain the integrity of all deliverable documents.
- We create information management plans.
- We assist in the ongoing design of the PM toolset template.
- We assist in the ongoing design of the document management system.
- We look at current business processes and see how SharePoint can be used to simplify and standardise them where it can add value.
