IT Field Support Engineer

Salary: £50,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience in IT Helpdesk, Service Desk or Desktop Support
• Ability to drive to customer sites in the Surrey and London regions
• Good knowledge of core Microsoft technologies including Windows OS and Office 365
• Experience with Exchange, SharePoint, and MS Teams
• Experience with Active Directory and Windows Server
• Experience with PC hardware setups

Responsibilities:

• Attend planned onsite client visits
• Provide 1st and 2nd line desktop support
• Escalate calls to 3rd line teams
• Set up machines
• Support and manage customer issues
