IT Trainer

Salary: £22,000 - 25,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone who is experienced, confident and articulate.
• We need a people person who can adapt their training approach to different staff characteristics and levels of IT knowledge.
• We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and happy to work alone or as part of a team.
• We require proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• We require experience with Microsoft Teams, including Teams Telephony.
• Digital Dictation experience is desirable but not essential.
• Case Management Systems experience is desirable but not essential.
• We require familiarity with general applications such as Adobe, web browsers and Snipping Tool.

Responsibilities:

• We provide IT training for staff across all five offices, including new starter inductions.
• We deliver 1-2-1 training in person and/or remotely.
• We deliver department and group training in person and/or remotely.
• We carry out regular floor walking across all branches.
• We organise external training venues or courses.
• We develop and administer the Learning Management System, including documentation, video guides, quizzes and surveys/feedback.
• We work with departmental buddies on continuous improvement of training and documentation.
• We train buddies on system and process changes.
• We update training materials to reflect changes in departmental processes.

We are a well-established law firm based in Portsmouth with offices in Portsmouth, Southampton, Chandlers Ford, Fareham and Waterlooville. This is a part-time IT Trainer role working Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day with hours to suit the right person. The role offers excellent benefits, flexible hours and hybrid working.
