Security Consultant (OT)

Salary: £30,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience across OT / ICS cyber security, ideally gained within critical infrastructure or another highly regulated industrial environment.
• Experience with OT / ICS cyber security.
• Experience with SCADA, PLCs, RTUs or Distributed Control Systems.
• Experience with industrial networks and data communications.
• Experience with OT security architecture and risk management.
• Experience with industrial cyber security monitoring.
• Experience with IoT / IIoT environments.
• Experience with critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience with standards such as IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001/27005 or NIS/CAF.
• Strong practical OT experience within one or more critical infrastructure sectors is highly relevant.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on OT and industrial cyber security across complex environments.
• Assess and manage cyber security risks across SCADA, PLCs, RTUs, DCS and industrial control systems.
• Design and implement OT security architectures and monitoring solutions.
• Support clients across sectors including energy, utilities, water, oil & gas, transport and wider critical infrastructure.
• Work with IoT and Industrial IoT technologies and environments.
• Apply relevant security frameworks and standards, including IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27005, NIS/CAF and NERC CIP.
• Work directly with senior client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate technical challenges into practical solutions.
• Contribute to wider consulting engagements, working collaboratively with engineering, technology and strategy teams.
• Support business development and help identify opportunities to deliver further value for clients.
