ServiceNow Administrator

Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven ServiceNow administration and configuration experience.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, FSO, WSD and LSD.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience configuring reports, notifications and platform administration.
• Experience managing and maintaining CMDB health.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of ITIL principles.
• ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist, are desirable.
• ITIL Foundation certification is desirable.
• Experience within the legal sector is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain ServiceNow modules, including user and group management, access controls and data integrity.
• Configure and support ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge and Service Catalogue.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with support partners where required.
• Support integrations with third-party systems and tools.
• Maintain platform documentation, including configurations, workflows and procedures.
• Resolve incidents and fulfil service requests.
• Coordinate platform upgrades, changes and ongoing maintenance.
• Support business users with ServiceNow processes and best practice.
• Configure and schedule reports, notifications and system alerts.
• Manage CMDB health and support the creation and maintenance of user training materials.
