AI Product Specialist

Salary: £64,000 - 104,000 per year

Requirements:

• Deep domain expertise in one of our industries, including energy, utilities, field service, manufacturing, aerospace, defence, or telecoms, or in a cross-industry function such as Finance, HR, Tax, HSE, Audit, IT, or Asset Management
• 4+ years of vertical or functional experience
• Demonstrable experience with AI
• Ability to shape workflows and judge model outputs
• Pre-sales capability and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to customers
• Strong advisory judgment and an evidence-based approach
• No specific educational requirements

Responsibilities:

• Act as the customer before the customer shows up by shaping AI workflows to fit real-world job requirements
• Define what accurate output looks like for each customer and oversee evaluation of workflow outputs
• Ensure solutions meet the standards of experienced practitioners before they are shipped
• Work alongside sales to explain what we are building with AI, what it does, what it does not do, and how it changes customer operations
• Help prospects and customers understand business impact in terms of money, uptime, and risk
• Continue supporting customers after the pilot by enhancing and extending workflows as their operations change
• Spot new problems worth solving and grow customer relationships over time
• Advise customers so they leave conversations better informed about their own operations
