Engineer C# Full Stack

Salary: £49,000 - 57,500 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience in full-stack development within enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as TypeScript and React, or similar frameworks.
• Strong back-end experience with C#.
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices, such as GitLab.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and maintaining code quality.
• Strong database skills, including SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures is desired.
• Experience with AI-assisted design and coding is desired.
• Experience with GraphQL and WebSockets is desired.
• Knowledge of observability tools such as OpenTelemetry and Grafana is desired.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform, is desired.
• Understanding of financial markets or trading systems is desired.
• Contribution to open-source projects is desired.
• Awareness of security principles and DevSecOps practices is desired.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software aligned with business objectives.
• Implement and maintain microservices architecture and API integrations.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to evolving systems toward target state architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
• Work within Agile delivery teams, contributing to planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate best practices into development.
