Technical Consultant - Oracle EBS

Salary: £28,000 - 47,500 per year

Requirements:

• Deep technical expertise in Oracle EBS architecture and core modules.
• Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and RICEW components.
• Proven track record integrating systems via Oracle APIs and Web Services.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end technical solutions across Oracle EBS modules, including Finance, Procurement, and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
• Develop and optimize Oracle Reports, BI Publisher reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows.
• Write and manage high-performance PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects.
• Execute Forms personalizations and custom modifications tailored to business needs.
• Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, and Web Services.
• Evaluate technical risks and impacts for EBS patches, upgrades, and new module rollouts.
• Partner with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews, uphold development standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Lead troubleshooting during UAT, resolve complex technical issues, and provide post-go-live hypercare support.
• Maintain technical design documents, test scripts, and operational runbooks.

We are hiring an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant for a 9-month contract in London with a hybrid working pattern of 2-3 days per week in the office. This is a 40-hour per week role with a daily rate of £407 PAYE or £543 umbrella. We are looking for someone who can design and deliver high-quality technical solutions across key business modules, work closely with functional consultants, and support complex integrations and system enhancements across our Oracle EBS environment.
