Clinical Project and Product Manager

Salary: £52,000 - 92,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience working in the digital dentistry sector is preferred.
• 3 years working in projects/programmes, ideally in a healthcare, retail or multi-site environment.
• Personal experience managing a portfolio of projects successfully.
• Experience in the dental sector would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and flex a portfolio of digital products to deliver strategic business benefits.
• Structure planning and sequencing of rollouts in line with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Work with senior leadership and business change teams.
• Initiate management actions in response to project progress reports, including achievement, productivity and risk.
• Develop clinical workflows and deliver clinician training across the business.
• Maintain close working relationships with field and finance teams to understand financials.
• Maintain and develop business cases for Clinical Digital projects.
