Programme Lead Technical Operations

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong Tech Ops, infrastructure, networks or platform delivery experience
• A hands-on programme delivery background
• Experience managing complex, business-critical technology initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• The confidence to challenge senior technical leaders and drive better outcomes
• Portfolio planning, prioritisation and governance experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery across a portfolio of critical initiatives alongside senior technology leaders
• Own programme execution and keep delivery on track
• Challenge plans and manage dependencies across programmes
• Step directly into programmes when needed to support project managers
• Resolve delivery challenges and hold stakeholders accountable when required
