ServiceNow Test Manager

Salary: £56,000 - 96,000 per year

Requirements:

• Active SC clearance
• Experience operating within SIAM/OI environments and working with ServiceNow ITSM processes, including Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge and CMDB management
• Proven experience supporting Service Transition, conducting Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR), readiness assessments and supporting Early Life Support (ELS) activities
• Ability to develop and govern Test Strategies and Test Plans, and support Verification & Validation (V&V) activities across cross-functional teams
• Experience facilitating workshops, leading Test Readiness Reviews (TRR), managing stakeholders and supporting governance forums and boards
• Strong supplier, stakeholder and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to drive delivery and readiness outcomes across multiple teams
• Flexibility to support additional workstreams such as OAT and XP as the programme evolves
• Willingness to travel to client sites on an as-needed basis

Responsibilities:

• We will manage ServiceNow test activities as ServiceNow Test Manager

We are a global recruitment specialist supporting clients across EMEA, APAC, the US and Canada. We are recruiting for a ServiceNow Test Manager role based in Preston, UK, on a hybrid working model with around 70% remote and 30% onsite work. This is a 3-month initial contract, and the successful candidate will need active SC clearance. We offer an opportunity to work across a programme that is evolving and growing, with flexibility to support additional workstreams as needed.
