Senior Designer

Salary: £53,000 - 93,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have 4+ years of design and agency experience.
• We have experience leading projects from concept to completion, from sketched wireframes to eCommerce experiences.
• We have experience delivering high quality designs across different devices such as mobile, tablet and desktop.
• We are proficient in Figma.
• We can take a clients brief and business problems, ask the right questions, gain understanding, synthesise and communicate research findings, and iterate towards solutions.
• We can work in a fast-paced delivery environment while making effective decisions, sometimes within tight time constraints.
• We have experience designing for accessibility.
• We have experience working with design systems and frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• We create high quality designs and solutions based on user needs and design principles.
• We advocate for user-centric design and design thinking.
• We help guide others in design.
• We learn about new design patterns and approaches while collaborating with talented colleagues.
• We contribute to projects across the full design process.
