Salary: £45,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Ideally hold PROSCI or Advanced APMG Change Practitioner certification.
  • Proven experience in Organisational Change Management, ideally within large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience in applying structured change methodologies and adapting them to different organisational contexts.
  • Proven ability to assess change impacts, develop change strategies, and execute plans effectively.
  • Experience working with AI tools for OCM and Training workstreams.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience developing and delivering change communications and training.
  • Experience leading or working within change networks to drive adoption and sustain change.
  • Experience leading training as part of IT implementation programmes, including training strategies, training curriculum, and training needs analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes to analyse interdependencies, process impacts, and role impacts.
  • Experience explaining system processes in a business context.
  • Ability to analyse complex situations, identify root causes, and develop creative solutions.
  • Familiarity with using AI tools and supporting customers with the adoption of AI tools.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Experience in SAP-related change management projects is highly desirable.
  • Natural curiosity to understand and resolve challenges.
  • Interest in ongoing learning and development.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexibly to meet project demands.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Additional language skills may be beneficial due to our customer reach across Europe and beyond.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as a key member of the project team, working closely with client stakeholders to support successful delivery of change initiatives.
  • Apply our OCM methodology to deliver change activities in line with programme objectives, plans, and statements of work.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement efforts to ensure alignment and commitment across the organisation.
  • Provide leadership and direction to change teams where required, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.
  • Provide technical support for change and training tools such as Enable Now and WalkMe when required.
  • Share knowledge and best practices within the wider OCM team to enhance methodologies and approaches.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including input to RFPs and participation in pre-sales activities.
  • Support our continuous improvement mindset with recommendations for enhancement and innovation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies to drive successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and systems.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify the scope of change and areas of resistance.
  • Help create communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout transformation.
  • Help manage resistance and address concerns by working closely with end-users and leadership teams.
  • Design and develop training materials and documentation for learning and adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Deliver training sessions virtually, in person, or in blended formats for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Create and maintain user guides, manuals, and online resources to reinforce training and provide ongoing support.
  • Assist in the development and management of a learning management system, including course registration, content updates, and user feedback collection.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business units to align change and training activities with project objectives.
  • Participate in regular meetings and workshops to update stakeholders on change management progress and training outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations to improve change management and training processes.
  • Assist in the development of KPIs to measure the success of change management and training initiatives.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of training and change activities, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess change adoption and long-term sustainability.
  • Monitor emerging trends in change management and learning methodologies to keep materials and strategies innovative and aligned with best practices.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to change and training processes based on client feedback and industry standards.
