AI Engineer
Job Description
Salary: £60,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements:- We require a masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
- We require hands-on experience with LLM techniques for text representation and semantic data extraction.
- We require knowledge of best practices and evaluation techniques.
- We require proven experience working end-to-end on software solutions and CI/CD pipelines.
- We require proficiency in Python and pydantic validation.
- We require experience building RAG systems, prompt engineering, and data processing.
- We prefer an understanding of optimizing both CPU-bound and GPU-bound workloads.
- We prefer experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the Elastic stack.
- We prefer experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform.
- We prefer experience with Azure.
- We prefer experience with machine learning.
- We prefer experience building products for the construction industry.
- We design, implement, and deploy LLM-based solutions into production.
- We use various LLM models and the latest approaches, including agentic methods and context engineering, to solve challenging problems.
- We work end to end on ML solutions, from data preparation and evaluation through deployment and monitoring.
- We develop text representation and semantic extraction pipelines to build structured knowledge from unstructured data.
- We collaborate with product teams and domain experts to integrate LLM features into our SaaS platform.
