Job Description

Salary: £39,000 - 79,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex data analysis initiatives using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning models to generate actionable insights that support business strategy and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions aligned to organizational priorities and business objectives.
  • Manage and enhance large datasets while ensuring strong data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to data management and governance best practices.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve predictive models to forecast business trends and provide data-backed strategic recommendations.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging data science technologies to continuously strengthen analytical approaches and innovation.
  • Communicate findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders across all levels, translating complex analytical outputs into meaningful business actions.
