Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and implementation.
  • Strong foundation in front-end web development.
  • In-depth knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3; SASS.
  • Extensive experience with JavaScript (ES6+ required); JQuery and/or TypeScript.
  • Experience with AEM architecture, components, templates, and workflows.
  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Demonstrated experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools, with the ability to set team expectations for validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
  • Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations.
  • Preferred: proven leadership skills for maintaining technical teams and deliveries.
  • Preferred: strong engineering culture for day-to-day tasks and breaking down product requirements.
  • Preferred: experience building agentic AI systems and knowledge bases.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement components, templates, and workflows in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for high-traffic, enterprise-level websites.
  • Build user interfaces using AEM and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Work from Figma wireframes and functional requirements to create web interfaces with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting beyond routine approaches.
  • Develop secure, high-quality production code, and review and debug code written by others.
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.
  • Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs, technical credentials, and fit within existing systems and information architecture.
  • Lead communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive awareness and adoption of new and leading-edge technologies.

  • Drive adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
  • Apply knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle tools, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation.
