System Support Graduate Engineer

Salary: £27,282 - 27,282 per year

Requirements:

• Degree or HND in control, electrical, electronic, or mechatronics engineering.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK and the Republic of Ireland and work nights on a regular basis.
• Full UK driving licence and valid passport.
• No criminal convictions due to security clearances required by airport authorities.
• Legally permitted to work in the Republic of Ireland without restriction.

Responsibilities:

• We will train and mentor you as a System Support Engineer within our system support department.
• We will expect you to problem solve and diagnose issues as they arise.
• We will need you to provide excellent customer service.
• We will involve you in programming a variety of PLCs using Ladder Logic, Function Block, or Statement List methods.
• We will involve you in programming and configuring SCADA software packages.
• We will require you to understand the design and configuration of IP networks.
• We will require you to design and test ELV electrical panels.
• We will require you to configure CCTV, PA, and telephone systems over an IP network.
• We will expect you to support preventative maintenance, design, and modifications of existing SCADA, PLC, and associated sub-systems.
• We will also expect you to support our 24-hour emergency calls nationwide.
