Engagement Lead

Salary: £30,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Extensive expertise within a consulting or advisory environment.
• Proven experience delivering consultative engagements and client-focused outcomes.
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: IT & Digital Operating Model Development, Process Design, Organisation Design, Service Integration, SIAM, Service Management.
• Experience leading digital change and IT transformation programmes.
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills, including business case development and approvals.
• Experience managing IT and digital teams at a senior level.
• A solid understanding of modern Service Management practices.
• Ability to work on a hybrid basis and travel to client sites.

Responsibilities:

• Lead senior-level client engagements and consulting assignments.
• Analyse complex IT and digital operating environments.
• Produce high-quality deliverables, presentations, and client-facing documentation.
• Drive digital transformation and organisational change initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
