AI Assurance Practice Leader

Salary: £30,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• We bring a strong technical background in model risk management, specifically in validating AI and machine learning applications within financial services.
• We have a deep understanding of financial risks and can articulate how AI impacts and mitigates these challenges.
• We have proven commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial drive to create new propositions in the growing AI governance market.
• We have an excellent grasp of financial regulations and can credibly engage with auditors, law firms, and regulators regarding global legislation.
• We believe in the value of AI to automate and improve second-line risk processes, audit workflows, and legal services.
• We are compelling communicators who build trust with senior stakeholders and navigate complex technical conversations with clarity.
• We ideally have a balance of consulting/SI and industry experience gained in financial services, banking, or risk management.
• We are CXO/CIO credible with solid commercial and go-to-market experience.
