Business Central Developer

Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need someone with hands-on AL development experience.
• We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Central consultant.
• You should have experience working with Business Central implementation and consultancy.
• You should be comfortable supporting Business Central users and covering holiday support when needed.
• You should enjoy client-facing work, understanding requirements, and building bespoke applications in AL and other Business Central development tools.

Responsibilities:

• We will have you involved in Business Central implementations.
• We will have you provide consultancy on Business Central projects.
• We will have you support Business Central users, including holiday cover.
• We will have you develop Business Central solutions using AL.
• We will have you work on client projects with our team of Business Central consultants.
• We will have you gather client requirements and create bespoke applications.
• We will support your growth toward becoming a well-rounded ERP implementation consultant with Business Central expertise.

We are a 10-person MSP and Microsoft Dynamics Gold Partner focused on Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics CE. We offer a fully remote role, though we are based south of Birmingham because our clients are mainly in the South East. Our business is performing well, with enough projects to keep the team busy through March next year, plus a strong pipeline of existing client work and new prospects. We offer a salary of £40,000 to £50,000 plus bonus, alongside lots of mentoring and coaching, real responsibility, opportunities to try new things, and a low-touch management style with check-ins every two or three days. Our MD is hands-on with clients and does Business Central consultancy work, and you will join a friendly team of five Business Central consultants.
