Salary: £117,000 - 117,000 per year

Requirements:

• Recent hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and/or IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Experience delivering multiple end-to-end SailPoint implementations from design through go-live.
• Deep understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) principles and best practices.
• Practical experience configuring SailPoint connectors, APIs, workflows, provisioning, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and enterprise applications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across identity data, access models, provisioning, connectors, and downstream systems.
• Ability to work independently while identifying delivery risks early and recommending pragmatic solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior security leaders, architects, and technical teams.
• SailPoint certification in IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud is desirable.
• Experience within regulated or security-sensitive environments is desirable.
• Experience recovering or de-risking complex identity programmes is desirable.
• Familiarity with audit, compliance, and formal security governance frameworks is desirable.
• Experience working within blended client and professional services delivery teams is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the current identity environment, deployment scope, target architecture, and technical dependencies.
• Design and deliver a SailPoint solution aligned to business and security requirements.
• Lead the hands-on configuration, integration, and deployment of SailPoint, including integration with Microsoft Entra ID, identity sources, enterprise applications, and target systems.
• Configure core identity governance capabilities, including Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes, access requests, provisioning, roles, entitlements, access certifications, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity, provisioning, connector, configuration, and data issues throughout delivery.
• Support testing, production readiness, go-live, and post-deployment stabilisation.
• Produce technical documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge transfer to ensure a successful handover.

We are offering a 6-month day rate contract at £450 per day, outside IR35, on a limited company basis. The role is fully remote/WFH and available to start ASAP. We are delivering a SailPoint implementation within a complex enterprise security environment and will work closely with the clients CISO, security stakeholders, architects, and technical teams.
