IT Support Advisor

Salary: £26,200 - 26,200 per year

Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for IT support-related queries from our various sites
• Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with issues
• Troubleshoot and assist users face-to-face, by phone, by email, or via remote access
• Maintain inventories of IT equipment, including mobile phones
