Senior Technical Product Manager

Salary: £70,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years commercial development, technical, or data engineer/manager experience
• Strong and demonstrable understanding of modern .NET (C#)
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and auth models (OAuth2, Azure AD)
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with Boomi, Mulesoft, or other iPaaS platforms
• Experience with Git and Visual Studio
• Ability to analyse, document, and validate end-user requirements
• A practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability
• Comfortable with rapid prototyping and iteration, including AI tool chains
• Desirable: experience integrating with ERP/HCM systems such as Sage, Salesforce, Business Central, Oracle, SAP, or Workday
• Desirable: Senior Support Engineer or Manager experience and familiarity with SLAs
• Desirable: knowledge of cloud architectures, including Azure, serverless, and message-based systems
• Desirable: experience with Python
• Desirable: experience with Figma and the Atlassian suite

Responsibilities:

• Manage, develop, and maintain internal integrations, automated workflows, and tooling that support our SaaS platform and business systems
• Design and build robust integrations between internal applications
• Develop internal tools and services that support operational teams
• Create and maintain API-based and event-driven workflows
• Identify opportunities to automate business processes
• Build workflows using Azure Functions, Power/Logic Apps, iPaaS, and other tools
• Ensure solutions are reliable, secure, auditable, and aligned to requirements
• Provide 3rd-line technical support for internal systems
• Maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting for integrations
• Review and optimise data flows and integration performance
• Work with Product & Development, Operations, Finance, Sales, Technical Support, and Customer Success to gather requirements
• Produce technical and operational documentation and MI dashboards
• Champion modern engineering practices and use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Cursor
