Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within large enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience writing user stories, functional specifications, and process maps.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Background in customer data platforms, CRM, data, or digital transformation is highly desirable.
• BCS, CBAP, or equivalent certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document complex business requirements.
• Produce user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and engage senior stakeholders.
• Support Product Managers with backlog refinement and roadmap planning.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Work with Agile delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure solutions align with data governance and regulatory requirements.

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst for an outside IR35 contract on a day rate of £375–£560. This is an initial 6-month assignment with a likely extension, offered on a hybrid basis with travel to Luton a few times per month. You will support enterprise-wide customer data platform initiatives and work closely with business stakeholders, Product Managers, and technical teams as part of a high-profile transformation programme.
