Senior Network Engineer

Salary: £75,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong Fortinet SD-WAN experience
• Strong Cisco networking background across LAN and Wireless LAN
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst Centre and ISE/NAC
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale network environments
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience of team leadership or mentoring is desirable
• Experience with Netskope SASE / ZTNA is desirable
• Experience with VMware NSX-T is desirable
• Experience with F5 load balancing and WAF technologies is desirable
• Experience with Azure networking is desirable
• Experience working in complex, regulated environments where security, resilience and compliance are critical
• Experience within an MSP or managed service environment is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Support complex enterprise network environments across highly regulated industries
• Provide escalation support for complex network issues
• Help shape secure, resilient network services
• Work across Fortinet SD-WAN environments
• Work across Cisco LAN and Wireless LAN technologies
• Work across Cisco Catalyst Centre (DNA Centre / DNAC)
• Work across Cisco ISE / NAC
• Apply network security, segmentation and Zero Trust principles
• Contribute to enterprise network design, troubleshooting and optimisation
• Support service improvements, lifecycle management and governance
• Lead a small team of network specialists
