AI Development Specialist

Salary: £65,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience delivering AI and Generative AI solutions in a commercial environment
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and modern AI architectures
• Experience with Python and cloud platforms, with Azure preferred
• Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise applications
• Ability to explain complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, and best practice
• UK Security Clearance (SC) eligibility is essential
• British Citizen, EU leave to remain, or ILR status required to apply

We are a global organisation investing heavily in AI and digital transformation. This is a home-based role with travel to our UK head office when needed, and the salary is £75,000 negotiable. We are looking for an AI Lead Engineer to help us deliver production AI solutions across the business. This role requires someone with strong commercial AI experience who can confidently communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
