Trainee Data Engineer

Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• Little or no previous experience in data or technology
• Willingness to learn and genuine interest in changing careers
• Good communication skills
• Interest in technology and problem-solving
• Suitable for career changers, recent school, college or university leavers, people currently working in another industry, and those leaving the Armed Forces

Responsibilities:

• Complete over 100 hours of live, instructor-led online training
• Work through practical, real-world projects to build hands-on skills in Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI
• Prepare for three industry-recognised certification exams
• Engage with 1-to-1 tutor support throughout the programme
• Use CV support, interview preparation, and career coaching to prepare for job applications
• Work toward meeting the agreed career support requirements to qualify for the job guarantee
