Senior Data Engineer

Salary: £55,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong Python and advanced SQL experience in production environments
• Experience delivering end-to-end data engineering solutions
• Exposure to Spark, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar technologies
• Cloud experience across AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Comfortable working with messy, large-scale datasets
• Strong ownership from design through to deployment
• Must have the right to work in the UK

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable, production-grade data pipelines
• Own end-to-end data workflows from source to production
• Write and optimise advanced SQL transformations at scale
• Work with complex, imperfect, high-volume datasets
• Improve data quality, reliability, and performance
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and ML teams
• Contribute to engineering best practices

This is a Senior Data Engineer role based in London on a hybrid schedule, with four days in the office each week (Monday to Wednesday).
