Infrastructure Engineer
Job Description
Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with VMware, Azure, and Microsoft environments, including M365, Windows Server, and Azure AD
- Solid networking knowledge, including routing, switching, and firewalls
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Intune or endpoint management tools experience is desirable
- Security tooling experience is desirable
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Azure, or VMware are desirable
- Deliver end-to-end infrastructure projects from design through to implementation
- Maintain and optimise cloud and on-premise systems
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers
- Support security and compliance initiatives
- Produce clear technical documentation
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practice
- Identify and implement continuous improvements
