1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer (MSP)
Job Description
Salary: £28,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Windows OS installation and software configuration
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools such as Event Viewer and Command Prompt
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
- Provide high-quality remote IT support to a diverse client base
- Manage incoming queries and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs
- Take full ownership of tickets through to resolution using PSA and RMM tools
- Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, SharePoint, Azure AD, and Endpoint Manager
- Install and configure Windows 11 and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues, including email and client configuration
- Maintain accurate documentation of work carried out
- Promote and adhere to cyber security best practices
