Job Description
Snacks und Drinks, die begeistern. Unsere fluffigen Croissant-Buns, kreative Flats, Matcha oder Kaffee – wir stehen auf natürliche Zutaten und richtig guten Geschmack.
Wir sind ein junges Start-up mit einem erfahrenen Team und haben Anfang Dezember 2025 unseren ersten Shop in den Riem Arcaden eröffnet. Mindestens ein weiterer folgt dieses Jahr.

Aufgaben
Du unterstützt den Shop Manager, führst das Team während Deiner Schicht und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf:
- Mitverantwortung für den täglichen Betrieb als Schichtleiter und Unterstützung bei Teamführung und Einsatzplanung
- Koordination des Teams und Aufgabenverteilung
- Sicherstellung von Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Zubereitung unserer Drinks (Flats, Lattes, Matcha, Kaffee) und Snacks (Croissant-Buns & mehr)
- Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit und Hygiene im Shop
- Warenbestellung und Lagerorganisation
- Vertretung des Shop Managers bei Abwesenheit
Qualifikation
Du bist ein Organisationstalent und packst gerne mit an:
- Freundliches Auftreten und Serviceorientierung
- Organisationstalent und Blick fürs Detail
- Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, in der Gastronomie oder als Schichtleiter (auch als Aushilfe oder Werkstudent)
- Fokus auf Hygiene und Sauberkeit
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2), weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Eigenverantwortung und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Freude an Teamarbeit und Kommunikation
- Begeisterung für Food & Drinks
