Du liebst Sport und Social Media ist dein Spielfeld?
Mit OTC bauen eine Vermarktungsagentur auf, die sich voll und ganz dem Basketball verschrieben hat – und dafür brauchen wir dich. Als Social Media Intern bist du nicht einfach nur dabei: Du baust mit uns von Grund auf eine Community auf, die den Sport lebt und atmet.
Das hier ist kein Praktikum, in dem du Kaffee holst. Du bekommst echte Verantwortung, gestaltest kreativ mit und siehst direkt, was deine Arbeit bewirkt.
Standort: Remote | Start: Ab sofort | Dauer: 3–6 Monate | Vergütung: Unpaid
Art: Pflichtpraktikum oder freiwilliges Praktikum (bis 3 Monate)
Aufgaben
- Strategie entwickeln: Du konzipierst eine Social-Media-Strategie für Instagram, TikTok & Co. – von der Zielgruppenanalyse bis zum Content-Plan
- Content erstellen: Du produzierst Reels, TikToks, Stories und Posts, die in der Basketball-Community einschlagen
- Community aufbauen: Du interagierst mit Fans, Spieler:innen und Vereinen und baust eine engagierte Followerschaft auf
- Trends erkennen: Du hast den Finger am Puls der Basketball- und Social-Media-Welt und bringst frische Ideen ein
- Performance auswerten: Du trackst KPIs, analysierst was funktioniert und optimierst laufend
Qualifikation
- Du bist Pro in der Content-Erstellung (Reels, Kurzvideos, Grafiken) – auch privat zählt
- Sehr gutes Gespür für Social-Media-Trends, insbesondere auf TikTok und Instagram
- Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und Lust, Dinge von null aufzubauenGrundkenntnisse in Tools wie Canva, CapCut oder vergleichbaren Programmen
- Echte Leidenschaft für Sport (idealerweise Basketball) – ob als Fan, Spieler:in oder beides
- Eingeschrieben an einer Hochschule (bei Pflichtpraktikum) oder verfügbar für bis zu 3 Monate (freiwilliges Praktikum)
- Fließend Deutsch, gutes Englisch ist ein Plus
