We are looking for a Nail Tech & Content Creator to join our team and become one of the faces and technical experts behind our nail content.

You won't just create beautiful nails. You'll show our community how to create them.

Aufgaben

Your responsibilities

💅 Nail Tech Expertise

You will be our technical nail expert, creating professional nail looks and demonstrating our products across different techniques and levels of expertise.

Your work will include:

• Classic Gel Polish / gel manicure
• Soft Gel Nail Tips / Full Cover Tips
• Builder Gel / BIAB
• Polyacryl / Polygel
• Acrylic
• Popits / Dual Forms
• Russian Manicure – this is particularly important to us
• Nail extensions and refills
• Nail Art and creative techniques
• Professional nail preparation
• Different nail shapes and structures
• Clean, precise and technically correct application

🎥 Content Creation

You will create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.

This includes:

• Short-form videos and Reels
• Full step-by-step tutorials
• Educational content
• Product demonstrations
• Nail transformations
• Nail Art content
• Trend-based content
• Tips, tricks and professional techniques
• Before & after content

You won't just demonstrate a technique – you'll explain it clearly and make people want to try it themselves.

🎬 Be the face of our content

You are comfortable being on camera and showing your personality.

You don't need to be a professional presenter. Authenticity, personality and confidence are more important to us.

💡 Content & Product Development

You will work closely with our Marketing and Product teams to:

• Develop new content formats
• Test and review products
• Provide professional technical feedback
• Identify new nail trends
• Create new nail looks
• Turn customer questions and trends into useful content

Qualifikation

What we're looking for

Nail expertise

You have strong professional Nail Tech skills and are comfortable working across multiple techniques.

Russian Manicure is particularly important for this position.

You have a strong understanding of nail preparation, product application, structure, shaping and overall nail health.

Most importantly, you have high technical standards and an eye for detail.

Experience with video editing is a plus, but you don't need to be a professional videographer.

Personality

You are creative, curious, reliable and hands-on.

You enjoy experimenting with new techniques and trends, but you also care about technical quality.

You're someone who can look at a nail trend and think:

"I know exactly how we could make this into great content."
