Allgemeiner IT-Support für Mitarbeitende bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen
Wordpress und Woocommerce
Betriebssysteme wie MacOS oder Linux
Grundlagen der Webentwicklung und des Hostings, inkl. SQL und Apache
Aufbau und Funktionen von Client-Server-Informationssystemen auf LAMP-Basis
Aufbau und Funktionen von CRM- und ERP-Systemen
Administration von Groupwarelösungen
IT-Sicherheitsmanagement
