YOUR TASKS
- You support our HR team in day-to-day operations across the entire employee lifecycle - from onboarding and contract changes to offboarding.
- Together wit the team, you will work on further develop and digitize our HR processes and digital personnel files.
- You will help us make our workflows more efficient, transparent, user-friendly, and scalable.
- You will support us capture all HR-related data in our digital HR tool and organize it in a structured manner.
- You will also take on smaller independent projects (e.g., analyzing employee surveys, organizing training sessions or internal celebrations, and revising retirement plans and benefits).
YOUR PROFIL
- You are a student majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Labor Law, or a comparable degree program.
- You’re interested in people, operational HR management, employee experience, and digital transformation.
- Ideally, you have already gained some initial practical experience in HR, for example through internships, working student roles, or student initiatives.
- You work in a structured, careful, and reliable manner and are able to keep track of multiple tasks running in parallel.
- You handle sensitive information responsibly and discreetly.
- You have good knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace and ideally some initial experience with HR tools such as Personio or comparable systems.
- You enjoy using AI as a “colleague,” but don’t forget to question the results.
- You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 in both languages)
