You will drive the strategic development of testing capabilities, digitalization initiatives, and laboratory excellence while playing a key role in ensuring product performance, reliability, and innovation across international locations.
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop international verification and validation teams across multiple engineering disciplines and global locations
- Define and execute a long-term strategy for testing, validation, digitalization, and laboratory excellence
- Drive the adoption of advanced testing technologies, automation, data-driven decision making, and digital engineering solutions
- Establish global standards, best practices, and performance metrics to ensure consistency and operational excellence
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Customer-facing teams to support innovation and product development
- Ensure robust validation frameworks for new technologies, product releases, supplier qualifications, and customer-specific requirements
- Build a high-performance organization through coaching, talent development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifikation
- Degree in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Proven leadership experience within an international engineering, R&D, testing, or validation environment
- Strong understanding of verification methodologies, testing strategies, and engineering processes
- Experience driving organizational change, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of data analytics, automation, programming, or modern engineering software tools is highly desirable
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong execution capabilities and hands-on leadership
- Fluent in English and German
- Willingness to travel internationally
