Founders Associate (m/f/d)

You'll join an early-stage, AI-native startup with a product that has already proven market fit. We build cutting-edge AI solutions for Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) for enterprises around the world.

Our customers are auditors, risk managers, and compliance teams, which means evaluation rigor, auditability, and EU AI Act readiness aren't afterthoughts for us. They're product requirements.

Tasks

As our Founders Associate, you work directly with our CEO and CTO on whatever moves the company forward that week. This is the role that scales the two of us. You will:

• Own our sales and contract asset library — digital decks, one-pagers, and contractual annexes stay in sync with what we actually ship.
• Prepare, support, and document customer calls — account research before discovery calls, demo prep, notes and follow-ups after. Our customers are Internal Audit and Internal Control leads at large enterprises, so the prep has to be right.
• Enhance our company knowledge base — one always-current baseline the whole team works from, structured so that our other AI tools can work from it too. This is a real project with a real outcome, not documentation housekeeping.
• Run market and competitor analyses — target markets, competitors, product comparisons. You do the work and come back with a recommendation, not a link dump.
• Triage partnerships and product inbound — categorize potential product partners, evaluate inbound partnership requests, run deep dives on specific product capabilities.
• Take strategic projects end to end — you plan and implement them with us, and you own the outcome.
• Professionalize how we run internally — our processes and system landscape get better because you make them better.
• Support recruiting — screening applications, coordinating interviews, keeping candidates warm and the pipeline moving. We're hiring across engineering, product, and commercial this year.
• Drive employer branding — LinkedIn content, our hiring pages, and the campaign that makes the next five hires easier than the last five.
• Organize our team events and pick up the light HR and office topics that come with a growing Munich team.

You'll define part of your own scope as you go. The list above is where we need you first, not a fence.

Requirements

• You've either just finished your Bachelor's or Master's, or you have one to three years behind you. Any field. Consulting, Big 4, regtech, or startup experience is a plus, not a filter.
• A genuine generalist. You're comfortable moving between a competitor analysis, a customer demo prep, a LinkedIn post, and a Notion cleanup in the same week without losing the thread on any of them.
• You prioritize without being told. We will give you more than you can do. Deciding what to drop is part of the job.
• You write clearly. A competitor analysis or customer brief you hand us should be usable as-is, not rewritten by a founder.
• You work AI-native. You already use Claude or a comparable tool as a working instrument, and you can show us something you built, automated, or figured out with it. We're an AI-native company. That includes how we operate, not just what we ship.
• German at C1 and English at C1. You'll research German enterprises, write German-language brand content, and work with an international team daily.
• Discretion. You'll see sensitive data, contracts, and investor material. That trust is the foundation of the role.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to GRC, audit, risk, compliance, or a regulated industry
• AI experience and willingness to support enhancing a knowledge base others actually used
• Notion power user
• Comfortable making content and structure changes to our website(s)
• Prior recruiting or employer branding experience, even informal
