Working Student Marketing (all genders)

As our Working Student Marketing, you'll support the marketing team across campaigns, content, events, and performance tracking. You'll work closely with Demand Generation, Content, and Product Marketing, and help turn ideas into campaigns that generate pipeline.

1. Support campaigns end to end
   • Help plan, set up, and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid, web).
   • Build and update landing pages, emails, and campaign assets in our marketing tools.
2. Create content
   • Write and edit copy for social media, newsletters, blog articles, and landing pages.
   • Create simple visuals and social assets using our brand templates.
3. Bring events to life
   • Support the planning and logistics of webinars, trade fairs, roundtables, and local events.
   • Handle invitations, registrations, and event follow-up with the team.
4. Track and improve performance
   • Build reports on campaign results and channel performance.
   • Help keep tracking and CRM data clean (HubSpot).
5. Do research
   • Research target accounts, competitors, and market trends for the team.
   • Bring your own ideas for testing new formats, channels, and messages.

• Enrolled as a student (e.g. Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar) in Germany
• Available for 16–20 hours per week for at least 6 months
• Based in or near Berlin, happy to work from our office regularly
• Fluent German and strong English, written and spoken
• First marketing experience (internship, student job, or your own projects) is a plus
• Good writing skills and an eye for detail
• Comfortable with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, or HubSpot (or quick to learn them)
• Proactive and hands-on: you ask questions, take ownership, and follow through
