User Researcher

Salary: £40,000 - 67,500 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience working within Government standards (GDS)
• Expert-level proficiency in User Research and usability testing
• Strong analytical skills to assess user needs and task performance
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and influence design decisions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Drive user-centric design by analyzing target user needs and task performance
• Conduct in-depth interviews and usability testing to gather actionable insights
• Act as a subject matter expert in making key design decisions
• Solve complex problems through collaboration with various teams
• Use real user feedback and testing results to refine designs and ensure industry best practices
