Test Lead

Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading end-to-end testing within government, defence, aerospace or similar organisations
• Strong understanding of secure networks, air-gapped systems, or complex technical infrastructures or environments
• Experience supporting cloud transformation initiatives and validating cloud-based solutions
• Knowledge of cyber resilience, security assurance, and risk-based testing approaches
• Ability to create and manage key test artefacts, including Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases, Defect Reports, and Test Completion Reports
• Experience working with technical stakeholders, architects, customers, and delivery teams
• Familiarity with tools such as IBM ELM is desirable
• SC Clearance is essential
• Ability to work on site in Chippenham 3 days per week, with occasional travel to other sites
• Access to own transport is desirable

We are an experienced team working on highly secure Defence programmes, offering an opportunity to play a leading role in critical delivery work. The role is based in Wiltshire, with 3 days on site in Chippenham each week and occasional travel to other sites. We offer a salary of £50k - £60k DOE, plus a 10% bonus and 10% pension contribution. This position would suit someone who can work in secure environments and has access to their own transport.
